BSHRA General Entry Form

I hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by the Rules and Conditions contained in the race details and to be responsible for the conduct of any competitors listed on this entry, my helpers and my dogs.

Furthermore I shall not hold BSHRA, the Race Organisers, officers, directors, agents, partners, representatives and any other affiliates liable for any injury or damage to my dogs, myself or persons I am responsible for, my equipment, or for loss or damage to my property.

I accept that although the Race Organisers or their nominees will carry out scrutineering on the competitors’ rigs to the level customary for the sport, such scrutineering shall not constitute, nor should it be construed as, acceptance by the Race Organisers of any responsibility for establishing the fitness for purpose of the rig, nor acceptance by them of any liabilities, howsoever arising, resulting from any defect in or accident involving the rig.

I agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Race Organisers against any and all such liabilities. In addition I confirm that all people mentioned on this form hold third party insurance cover (as detailed under BSHRA Race Rules section 1A/1c and for an amount of no less than £5,000,000) and that I have no health issues which affect my ability to take part in this event.

I have read and understood these event instructions and safety recommendations and will comply with the current risk assessment, the BSHRA Race Rules and agree to be bound by them.
